Brother Knights and Ladies,
We are pleased to announce that the Cruise to Paradise is back and better than ever! Lady Angela and I have booked a cruise to Cozumel and Grand Cayman for a sailing in November 2015 and we thought it would be fun if we shared the cruise information with all of you and hope you will book a trip with us.
 Here are the details:
Sailing Dates:                 Monday, November 30, 2015 to Saturday, December 5, 2015
Debarkation:                  Tampa, Florida
Ports of Call:                  Cozumel and Grand Cayman
Length of Cruise:           5 Nights

The link below will take you to a special webpage where you can look at the vacation deals, view the details about the ship and it's many amenities, see who else is sailing and book your Cruise to Paradise.
There is a special right now if you book before the end of the year. Not only will you get an unbeatable discount, but you will also receive "On Board Credits" that can be used for purchases while on board the ship. The amount of the credit will depend on what stateroom you reserve.
The more people that join us, the more points we can get to use for things like an On Board Cocktail Party and personal room gifts.

CLERGY APPRECIATION / ST PATRICK's DINNER DANCE
                                    MARCH 12, 2011
WOW! What a great event to not only to honor our Clergy but to bring
our Parish Community together in record numbers as well! Over 300
people were in attendance, they enjoyed a First Class Traditional Irish Dinner
that was cooked by our Brothers and served by our youth, the Irish
Dancers of Oldsmar were awesome and Ron and Classics Band really knew how to
fill the dance floor all night long! The Birthday Celebrations and Raffles were entertaining as
well! So many compliments buzzed around that night and into Sunday!

Those who helped sell tickets, decorate and set up the Parish Center,
purchase food and supplies, were in the kitchen preparing and cooking
the meal, tended the hospitality Counter, Coffee and Tea area, raffle
ticket table, took pictures, supervised the youth servers, to our
clean up crew and especially to our Dance Committee. Thank You!
Over 50 Brothers plus the Ladies Auxiliary helped make this once small
time event an incredible event.

Both Brian and I THANK YOU and APPLAUD YOU for ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND
DEDICATION IN MAKING THIS EVENT A HUGE SUCCESS AS WELL AS  MAKING OUR
CLERGY APPRECIATED and PARISH COMMUNITY EVEN STRONGER!
GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

May the God Continue to inspire you and our Council us to continue our
Good Works!
Yours in Christ,

Ken Seguin                     Brian Jones

Polynesian Island Party Dinner Dance

Brothers,

Wow! What a Polynesian Island Party Dinner Dance. The Parish Center was turned into the Knights of Columbus 7109 Paradise Bar and Grill and decorated as if you were in the South Pacific. The guests loved it!

Many guests were decked out in their flowery shirts, even a few in grass skirts. Over 190 guests were in  attendance enjoying a Great Polynesian Dinner and Awesome Island Music provided by the Island Boys Band!

Brothers, it takes a very strong team to host an event of this size. It was YOU who made it happen! Yes, Brothers  You, who assisted and /or supported our event to make this our first event of the Fraternal year as so successful!

I wanted to let you know how proud I am of you and our Council and I thank you for your Dedicated and Service in the name of Charity, Unity and Fraternity.  Great Job!

Special Thanks to our Dinner Committee lead by Brian Jones, DGK, Frank Pensabene, Gene Wolanin, Dennis Burgess, Frank DiMattie, Kevin McQuade and Tim Dailey. Our Lead Chef, Frank Pensabene and his staff….Gene Wolanin, Tim Dailey, Tom Wozniak, Tom Mahoney did an outstanding job! And Dennis Burgess and Frank DiMattie leaders of our decoration committee and their Staff really out did themselves. Lastly, John Caddigan our Youth Server Coordinator! All our Ticket Salesmen.

And MOST IMPORTANTLY ALL OUR BROTHER KNIGHTS…..who helped!

It is a Great Day to be a Knight and Serve our Parish Community!

Our Council Meeting is this Thursday, October 14th at 7:30pm...more Dinner Dance details to follow.

God Bless You and Your Families,

Ken Seguin
